Hip-hop legend T-Pain celebrated his 10-year anniversary of being in the music industry with a SXSW Interview with Sway Calloway.
The Grammy winner is known for being the leader in the use of auto-tune. The distinct style has set T-Pain’s music apart from other hip-hop artists, and influenced the music of Snoop Dogg and Kanye West. In his interview at SXSW Music, T-Pain and Sway cover all of the bases, discussing everything from T-Pain’s childhood days in Tallahassee to his love of Spongebob.
T-Pain, who’s set to release his third studio album Stoicville: The Phoenix later this year, is featured on Chris Brown’s new single “Bring It Back” and recently released a shot-for-shot remake of a Smiths video.
